What is Super P Force?

Super P Force is a two-in-one tablet formulated to address two common male sexual health issues at the same time: erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). Each tablet combines sildenafil, a PDE5 inhibitor initially popularized under the brand Viagra, with dapoxetine, a short-acting SSRI developed for on-demand treatment of PE.

Important US note: while sildenafil products are FDA approved for ED, dapoxetine is not FDA approved in the United States. As a result, the fixed-dose combination product commonly labeled Super P Force is not FDA approved for sale in the USA. How to take Super P Force

Use only as directed by a licensed clinician. When prescribed and deemed appropriate, the usual on-demand approach is to take the tablet prior to sexual activity.

  • Swallow the tablet with a full glass of water.
  • You may take it with or without food, but a heavy or high-fat meal can delay onset.
  • Avoid excessive alcohol because it can worsen dizziness and ED and increase the risk of side effects from dapoxetine.
  • Plan ahead: many users experience onset within about 45 minutes; effects may persist for roughly 4 to 6 hours.

Driving or operating machinery may be unsafe if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or sedated. If that occurs, wait until you feel fully alert.

Dose and timing

Typical strength: sildenafil 100 mg + dapoxetine 60 mg in a single tablet. Do not take more than one tablet in a 24-hour period.

Always ask your clinician which regimen suits you best. Because this is a fixed-dose combination, some patients may require individualized dosing of each ingredient separately. For example, a clinician may prescribe a different sildenafil strength or an alternative approach for PE if side effects occur. In any case of suspected overdose, call emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.

Precautions and interactions

This medicine is intended for adult men diagnosed with ED and PE. It is not for women or individuals under 18 years of age.

Do not use Super P Force if you:

  • Use any nitrate medicine (for chest pain) or recreational nitrites; dangerous blood pressure drops can occur.
  • Are taking riociguat or other guanylate cyclase stimulators.
  • Have serious heart disease, recent heart attack or stroke, or have been advised to avoid sexual activity.
  • Take thioridazine, MAO inhibitors, or potent CYP3A4 inhibitors without medical clearance.
  • Use another ED medication at the same time (sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, avanafil); combining can increase risk.

Use with extra caution if you:

  • Have low blood pressure, dehydration, or are prone to fainting.
  • Take SSRIs, SNRIs, tricyclics, or other serotonergic drugs; dapoxetine may increase serotonin-related adverse effects.
  • Have liver or kidney impairment, seizure history, eye disorders (including NAION), bleeding tendencies, or peptic ulcer disease.
  • Drink alcohol heavily or use recreational drugs; this can raise the risk of dizziness, syncope, and judgment impairment.
  • Consume grapefruit or grapefruit juice, which can raise sildenafil levels.

Possible side effects

Mild and usually short-lived effects can occur. Contact your clinician if they are severe or persistent.

  • Headache, flushing, nasal stuffiness
  • Indigestion or upset stomach
  • Dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue
  • Nausea or dry mouth
  • Back or muscle pain

Seek urgent medical attention for any of the following:

  • Fainting, severe lightheadedness, or shortness of breath
  • Allergic reactions: swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat
  • Chest pain or pressure, pain radiating to arm or shoulder
  • Irregular heartbeat or a very fast heart rate
  • Sudden loss of vision or hearing
  • Seizures, severe anxiety, or depressive thoughts
  • Priapism: erection lasting longer than 4 hours

Keep tablets at room temperature in a dry place away from direct heat and light. Store in the original blister or container with the lid tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
