What is Super P Force?
Super P Force is a two-in-one tablet formulated to address two common male sexual health issues at the same time: erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). Each tablet combines sildenafil, a PDE5 inhibitor initially popularized under the brand Viagra, with dapoxetine, a short-acting SSRI developed for on-demand treatment of PE.
Important US note: while sildenafil products are FDA approved for ED, dapoxetine is not FDA approved in the United States. As a result, the fixed-dose combination product commonly labeled Super P Force is not FDA approved for sale in the USA. See US legal status for details on prescriptions, import rules, and safe purchasing guidance.
If your goal is performance enhancement in sport, this medicine is not appropriate and offers no athletic benefit.
How to take Super P Force
Use only as directed by a licensed clinician. When prescribed and deemed appropriate, the usual on-demand approach is to take the tablet prior to sexual activity.
- Swallow the tablet with a full glass of water.
- You may take it with or without food, but a heavy or high-fat meal can delay onset.
- Avoid excessive alcohol because it can worsen dizziness and ED and increase the risk of side effects from dapoxetine.
- Plan ahead: many users experience onset within about 45 minutes; effects may persist for roughly 4 to 6 hours.
Driving or operating machinery may be unsafe if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or sedated. If that occurs, wait until you feel fully alert.
Dose and timing
Typical strength: sildenafil 100 mg + dapoxetine 60 mg in a single tablet. Do not take more than one tablet in a 24-hour period.
Always ask your clinician which regimen suits you best. Because this is a fixed-dose combination, some patients may require individualized dosing of each ingredient separately. For example, a clinician may prescribe a different sildenafil strength or an alternative approach for PE if side effects occur. In any case of suspected overdose, call emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.
Precautions and interactions
This medicine is intended for adult men diagnosed with ED and PE. It is not for women or individuals under 18 years of age.
Do not use Super P Force if you:
- Use any nitrate medicine (for chest pain) or recreational nitrites; dangerous blood pressure drops can occur.
- Are taking riociguat or other guanylate cyclase stimulators.
- Have serious heart disease, recent heart attack or stroke, or have been advised to avoid sexual activity.
- Take thioridazine, MAO inhibitors, or potent CYP3A4 inhibitors without medical clearance.
- Use another ED medication at the same time (sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, avanafil); combining can increase risk.
Use with extra caution if you:
- Have low blood pressure, dehydration, or are prone to fainting.
- Take SSRIs, SNRIs, tricyclics, or other serotonergic drugs; dapoxetine may increase serotonin-related adverse effects.
- Have liver or kidney impairment, seizure history, eye disorders (including NAION), bleeding tendencies, or peptic ulcer disease.
- Drink alcohol heavily or use recreational drugs; this can raise the risk of dizziness, syncope, and judgment impairment.
- Consume grapefruit or grapefruit juice, which can raise sildenafil levels.
Always tell your prescriber and pharmacist about all medicines and supplements you take. If you are prescribed a new medicine, remind the prescriber that you are taking a sildenafil-containing product. For more information on serious symptoms, see side effects.
Possible side effects
Mild and usually short-lived effects can occur. Contact your clinician if they are severe or persistent.
- Headache, flushing, nasal stuffiness
- Indigestion or upset stomach
- Dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue
- Nausea or dry mouth
- Back or muscle pain
Seek urgent medical attention for any of the following:
- Fainting, severe lightheadedness, or shortness of breath
- Allergic reactions: swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat
- Chest pain or pressure, pain radiating to arm or shoulder
- Irregular heartbeat or a very fast heart rate
- Sudden loss of vision or hearing
- Seizures, severe anxiety, or depressive thoughts
- Priapism: erection lasting longer than 4 hours
This is not a complete list. Report any unexpected or severe symptom to a clinician immediately.
Storage
Keep tablets at room temperature in a dry place away from direct heat and light. Store in the original blister or container with the lid tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Alternatives and similar medicines
If your clinician determines that a fixed sildenafil + dapoxetine tablet is not appropriate, there are several alternatives that address ED and PE separately or together. Options below are common in US practice. Choices depend on your health profile, side effect risk, and convenience.
- Avanafil (Stendra) for ED: rapid onset; often fewer food interactions; prescription only in the USA.
- Tadalafil (Cialis) for ED: daily low dose or on-demand; longer duration up to 36 hours; prescription only.
- Sildenafil-only generics for ED: multiple strengths; widely available by prescription; cost-effective.
- Vardenafil (Levitra, Staxyn) for ED: similar to sildenafil; prescription only.
- Behavioral strategies for PE: start-stop technique, squeeze technique, and counseling; can be combined with ED therapy.
- Topical anesthetic sprays or creams for PE: lidocaine or lidocaine-prilocaine OTC products reduce penile sensitivity; avoid transfer to partner by using a condom or wiping excess as directed.
Note on dapoxetine: dapoxetine is not FDA approved in the USA. Clinicians treating PE may consider off-label options such as daily SSRIs, clomipramine, or on-demand topical anesthetics. Discuss risks and benefits with your prescriber.
Price comparison in USD
Prices vary widely by pharmacy, insurance, dose, and discount programs. The figures below are rough cash-price ranges per dose in the United States as of recent market averages. Actual costs at your pharmacy may be higher or lower.
- Sildenafil generic (20 mg tablets often used off-label, or 25/50/100 mg tablets): about $0.50 to $5.00 per 100 mg equivalent with coupons; brand Viagra can exceed $70 per 100 mg tablet.
- Tadalafil generic: roughly $1 to $6 per 10 to 20 mg dose with discounts; brand Cialis often $60 or more per tablet.
- Vardenafil generic: commonly $2 to $10 per 10 to 20 mg dose.
- Avanafil (brand Stendra): about $30 to $60 per tablet depending on strength and pharmacy.
- Topical anesthetic sprays/creams for PE: approximately $20 to $40 per OTC bottle.
- Super P Force on international websites: frequently advertised around $2 to $6 per tablet; however, products not approved by the FDA may be detained by customs, and quality cannot be guaranteed. See US legal status.
US legal status and buying rules
- Prescription requirement: sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, and avanafil are prescription-only medicines in the USA. You must obtain a prescription from a US-licensed clinician in person or via legitimate telemedicine.
- Combination tablets containing dapoxetine: dapoxetine is not FDA approved; fixed-dose combinations like Super P Force are not approved for sale in the USA.
- Importation: federal law generally prohibits importing prescription drugs that are not FDA approved. Personal importation may lead to seizure by Customs and Border Protection, even if the product is legal abroad.
- Online pharmacies: use only pharmacies licensed in your state and verified by the NABP Digital Pharmacy program (formerly VIPPS). Be cautious of sites offering prescription drugs without a valid prescription or at unrealistically low prices.
- Possession and use: possessing non-approved prescription drugs can carry legal and safety risks. If you already have such a product, do not use it without consulting a US-licensed clinician.
- Insurance and savings: many FDA-approved ED generics are inexpensive with discount cards or pharmacy programs. Your clinician can help select an option that balances effectiveness, safety, legality, and cost.
Bottom line: in the USA, discuss ED and PE with a licensed clinician to receive an FDA-approved, legal, and quality-assured treatment plan.
